Created by Rosella Tran, founder of Mind Universe organization, Soft Bean, Luna Tree and author of several research studies on psychology, trauma, and anxiety. Having lived with post-traumatic stress disorder for many years, the author wrote this book from that experience as much as from research.

Mind Universe was founded to support people who are struggling yet feel they have nowhere to turn. For those who are living with anxiety, depression, emotional exhaustion, or overwhelming stress, yet cannot afford expensive services.

Our mission is to help more than one million people around the world move beyond mental illness by making mental support simple, structured, and affordable.

We believe emotional support should not be a privilege. It should not depend on income, background, or location. That is why Mind Universe studies psychological research and translates it into practical coping tools that people can use in their daily lives. We design guided exercises, reflection systems, belief reframing methods, and nervous system calming practices that are accessible through books, programs, digital platforms, and community-based resources, without complicated language, without high barriers, and without leaving anyone behind. Even if someone cannot access traditional support systems, they can still access structured guidance in their own space, at their own pace. One million lives is not a marketing goal. It represents real people who deserve practical tools to regain clarity, stability, and inner strength. Mind Universe exists to make emotional recovery reachable.
